In today's environment, some accounting firms are not only providing audit and tax services, these firms sell computer technology, insurance and investment advisory services.  LS&S is not one of those firms.

Since our firm was founded in 1972, we pride ourselves on being a traditional CPA firm.  Our core services are audit and tax as well as general business advice.  We assist our clients with the following types of financial reporting:

Commitment to Quality - As a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of CPAs, our firm is required to undergo periodic peer reviews conducted by a team of independent CPAs. This team evaluates our quality control policies and procedures and inspects a representative sample of our work product to assure that we comply with the stringent quality control standards established by the AICPA.

During the planning phase of any engagement, we review with your personnel our understanding of the degree of client assistance anticipated and timing of the assistance. This allows for a well organized and efficient process.
