Audit Services
What is an audit? An audit is the
examination of the financial statements of an organization by someone independent of the
organization. The purpose of an audit is to form a view on
whether the information presented in the financial report, taken as
a whole, reflects the financial position of the organization at a
given date. When examining the financial report, auditors must
follow auditing standards known as Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP).
We offer full scope audits using a risk-based
approach. Our team will gain an understanding of your business
in order to identify the areas of greatest risk. By
understanding the company, we gain a needed perspective to be used
in performing an effective audit. Our audit approach places
particular emphasis on the planning phase to ensure maximum
efficiency and effectiveness. The overriding concept of
understanding the entity is to incorporate those procedures that
will most effectively accomplish defined objectives in each specific
engagement. This concept translates into a more efficient
audit.
Once the audit is planned using the risk-based
assessment, our audit procedures are managed on a daily basis by our
most experienced people. Our partners and senior managers are
involved extensively with leading your audit engagement. This
allows for a complete and thorough audit process while maintaining
efficiency.

Our goal is to provide staffing continuity on
your audit. We do not want your personnel having to teach our
staff your business each year. We want to learn your business
initially and provide the same resources to you each year
thereafter.
